Refund Policy

For Digital Download Purchases:

  • ALL Digital Files are NON Refundable.
  • Cat 5 Screen & Things are not responsible if you do not have the correct software or knowledge to use the digital files.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they have the correct programs.


    For Screen Print Transfers:

    • ALL Screen Print Transfers are non-refundable and NO exchanges.
    • Cat 5 is available to troubleshoot with any issues you are having pressing.
    • Any issues with an order must be emailed to our customer service email (cs_cat5@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery. 
    • We are not responsible for any damage in shipping or user error.  Cat5 highly suggests adding Route Shipping insurance to any and all orders.

     

    For Sublimation Transfers:

    • ALL Sublimation Transfers are non-refundable and NO exchanges.
    • Final end product can/will vary.  Sublimation can not work on cotton fabrics; if using a blend the synthetic (polyester, nylon, spandex)  portion should be at least 65% for decent results.   The higher the percentage of synthetic fabric the better results.
    • Pressing instructions are included with your order along with recommendations to achieve the best results.

     

    For Blanks:

    • You can return an item within 7 days of receiving your order for a store credit. Items outside of this time period cannot be returned or exchanged. 
    • If you receive a defective item or your order is missing an item, please reach out to our customer service email ( cs_cat5@gmail.com)  within 48hrs of receiving your order with pictures and/or video of your defective item or a picture of your packing slip for missing items. Item(s) will be replaced by way of store credit or replacement. Items outside of this time period will not be credited or replaced.

    Please make sure your blank item is not damaged or defective before customizing as no credits or replacements will be issued on customized items.

     

    For Pre-Orders:

    • These products have a ship time of 14-30 business days from the END of the closing of the order.
    • Each product listing has its own closing date.  This date is when the shipping time begins.
    • There is NO REFUNDS for products before the end of the shipping period.  Cat 5 is not responsible if the purchaser decides they can not wait for the shipping period.
    • If you receive a defective item or your order is missing an item, please reach out to our customer service email ( cs_cat5@gmail.com)  within 48hrs of receiving your order with pictures and/or video of your defective item or a picture of your packing slip for missing items. Item(s) will be replaced by way of store credit or replacement. Items outside of this time period will not be credited or replaced.
