No refunds or cancellations under any circumstances. If there is a defect we will happy to work with you and the supplier for repair or replace but refunds are not an option.
*Route Package Protection is REQUIRED. It costs less than $5. If you do not add Route from your order, your entire order will automaticaly be refunded and resent with Route included.
